A popular rediscovered wine if you want to discover some new varieties for yout wine repotoise. If you like Muscadet and Sauvignon Blanc, try this, you wont be sorry, a safe bet.
Vinification: Very short skin maceration which varies according to the vintages.
Settling the juice at low temperatures (17°C) Fermentation during 12 – 16 days to extract aromatic potential from the grapes, without adversely affecting the quality of the musts.
