Our No Quibble Guarantee is a 90 day policy which covers you for any wine purchased up to & within the last 90 days from the date of purchase.
If you have a doubt about the taste quality of a wine you have purchased from us, simply contact us by completing the form below with your order reference number, details & the wine..
We will send you a Gift Card to the full price of the wine in question to use against your next order.
Gift cards will be valid for a further 90 days from date of issue.
You may use this form for any issues, not covered under the no quibble guarantee including the policy & terms on the Refund Page which covers; delivery Issues; missing bottles, breaks & warehouse miss picks and others.
We want you to be able to contact us and get a reply easily & quickly.
We have great faith and relationships with our producers, their wines and our delivery services. However should something not be right we will fix it as soon as possible.
If you have continued repeat disappointment in your orders or problems with supply, we shall investigate further and take necessary action to stop the issue.
