Tasting Notes
Intense black purple.
AROMA: Bramble fruits. Smoke and spice on the finish from the Oak.
MOUTH: Soft and sweets tannins, classic blackberry with apple fruit pie characteristics, forest fruits with a lifting aromatic acidity. Easy to drink with a nice mellow level of complexity. Good structure.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Braised wild boar, Beef & Guinness Pie, Red meats, roast beef, Venison.

Founded just 20 years ago bt Edgardo Stalloca He grew up on a winery and was trained by his Grandfather The Vineyards are in the finest area of Mendoza Lujan de Cuyo, Maipu & Uco Valley.
