Tasting Notes
Vibrant, rich and complex, baked cherry fruits, layered with Vanilla. Strong hints of caramel with a waft of Saddle leather. Eucalyptus , mint aromas marble through the meat of this fine wine.
About the Wine
Nick & Gaby Bought Smith & Hook Ranch in Monterey County in 1980 - To explore Central Coast Cabernet. The land originally a ranch with is now Smith Vineyard on the left and Hook on the right originally the 2 main Corals.
