Green and flinty with light floral notes on the nose and dominant apple aromas on the palate with slightly crisp fresh and nutty aftertaste.

Gavi - One of the worlds pleasures - This is real top end Gavi.

About the Wine

100% Cortese grape

Some months on the lees, with partial malolactic
fermentation in small barrel, with bottle ageing.

Looks great - Tastes better - Goes with.... all things Italian.
